IMPORTANT EVENT INFORMATION

THE CANDELA BAR | VENUE POLICIES & REQUIREMENTS

VENUE CAPACITY

The Candela Bar proudly accommodates events of up to 280 guests, subject to the selected event style, floor plan, seating arrangement, and overall event setup. Our standard venue packages include seating accommodations for up to 100 guests. Events exceeding 100 guests may require additional staffing, furniture and/or rental items, event services, and other operational accommodations. For events exceeding the standard package capacity, customized pricing and service requirements may apply. Final arrangements will be determined based on the specific needs and scope of your event.

RESERVATION DEPOSIT

A 65% deposit of the total venue fees is required to reserve and secure your event date. Your date is not considered officially booked until the required deposit has been received and all applicable booking requirements have been completed. The remaining balance will be subject to the payment schedule and terms outlined in your event agreement.

CLEANING FEE

A $175.00 cleaning fee will be assessed for each event and included in the final event charges. This fee helps support the professional cleaning and preparation of the venue following your event, ensuring that The Candela Bar is maintained to the highest standards for every guest and celebration.

EVENT-SPECIFIC SERVICES

Additional charges may apply for services, staffing, rentals, extended event hours, specialty setups, or other accommodations requested beyond the standard venue package. All additional services and applicable fees will be communicated and approved prior to the event whenever possible.

The Candela Bar reserves the right to adjust staffing, services, and pricing based on the size, scope, and specific requirements of each event.

BAR PACKAGES & SERVICE INFORMATION

THE CANDELA BAR | PREMIUM BAR EXPERIENCE

ALL BAR PACKAGES INCLUDE

Up to 6 hours of professional bar service, with the exception of The Cocktail Hour Package.
Professional bar service provided by our experienced venue bartender.
Bar packages are available exclusively for private events and must be selected and booked in advance.
Final guest count must be confirmed prior to the event and paid in full before bar service is provided.

GRATUITY & TAXES

A 20% gratuity and all applicable taxes will be added to the selected bar package and reflected in the final event invoice.

CASH BAR OPTION

A Cash Bar option is available for eligible private events.

A $200.00 Cash Bar Service Fee will be added to the final event invoice when this option is selected.

PACKAGE TERMS & INCLUSIONS

All Venue Rental and Bar Experience inclusions are provided exactly as outlined in the selected package.

No substitutions, modifications, exchanges, or changes to package inclusions are permitted.

Any additional services, upgrades, or accommodations outside of the selected package may be subject to additional fees and must be approved by The Candela Bar in advance.

PLEASE NOTE

Bar packages, guest counts, service hours, and applicable fees are finalized prior to the event. Changes requested after final confirmation may not be accommodated.

The Candela Bar reserves the right to establish and enforce all bar service policies to ensure a safe, professional, and exceptional experience for our clients and their guests.
