Weekend Production Rental
$175 per hour

LARGE-SCALE PRODUCTIONS

For television, film, commercials, music videos, or productions requiring larger crews and additional equipment:

Up to 15 people — $150/hr
16–40 people — $200/hr
41+ people — $250/hr

Large-scale productions may require additional fees based on crew size, equipment, production footprint, special requests, or extended setup and breakdown time.

PRODUCTION REQUIREMENTS

To protect the venue and ensure a smooth production experience:

• A signed production agreement is required.
• Certificate of Insurance may be required depending on the production.
• A security/damage deposit may be required.
• Production crews are responsible for leaving the venue in its original condition.
• Any special equipment, set construction, props, or alterations must receive prior approval.
• No permanent alterations to the venue are permitted.
• Additional fees may apply for excessive cleaning, damage, extended setup/breakdown,

or specialty production needs.
• Alcohol service is not automatically included with production rentals.
• All filming, photography, and production activities must remain within the

agreed rental period.
