MON -- SUNDAY

Weekdays/Mon - Thurs - $1550.00 (6 Hours)

Weekends/Fri - Sun - $1750.00 (6 Hours)

Setup and breakdown time included 

Venue Rental in 6 Hour time slots (additional hours may be added @ $95.00 per hour)

Venue rental event hours between 10AM - 2AM

(Some amenities included in rate)

BARTENDER GRATUITY

*20% gratuity is added to all Open Bar Tabs/funding.

Cash Bar Tips are at each guest/drink purchasers discretion.

How we staff the bar for each event:

Up to 100 guests - 1 Bartender

100 - 200 guests - 2 Bartenders

200 - 275 guests - 3 Bartenders

Appointment Guidelines:

If an appointment is scheduled to view the space there is a 15 minute grace period, after that your appointment may be canceled and need to be rescheduled.

If you can not make your scheduled appointment time, we ask that you call ahead of time as common courtesy to notify us.
