EVENT SPACE RENTAL (Monday – Sunday)
VENUE RATES
Weekend Rates:$1800.00 - $3200.00 (Friday - Sunday)
Weekday Rates: $1500.00 - $2900.00 (Monday - Thursday)
Venue rentals are offered in 8 to10 hour time slots at a flat rental rate.
● Additional hours: $150.00 per hour
● Event hours available between 10:00 AM – 2:00 AM
● Select venue amenities are included with your rental

BAR SERVICES
The Candela Bar offers professional, in-house bar service designed to provide an elevated experience for you and your guests.
● 1 bartender included with rental for events of up to 100 guests
● Additional bartenders: $150.00 each
● Beverage packages available
● Cash bar option available: $200.00 service fee
**Please note: Outside alcohol is not permitted on the premises.
BAR STAFFING
● Up to 100 guests: 1 bartender included
● 101–200 guests: 2 bartenders required
● 201–275 guests: Up to 3 bartenders as needed
Additional bartender fees may apply.

Bartender Gratuity
A 20% gratuity is added to all open bar tabs and bar funding.
For cash bar service, gratuity is at the individual guest’s discretion.
Event Fees
Event Cleaning & Sanitizing Fee - $175.00
A standard cleaning and sanitizing fee applies to each event.
Refundable Damage & Liability Deposit - $300.00
A refundable damage deposit is required and is subject to the terms of the venue agreement.
CIGAR BAR (Advance booking only/Service Fee: $150.00)
INDOOR & OUTDOOR OPTIONS
Enhance your event with a selection of premium cigars from Littlejohn78 Cigar Co.
Choose from a curated selection of medium- to full-bodied cigars for you and your guests.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES
Officiant Services - Starting at $125.00
Specialty Events - Weddings, large-capacity events, and other specialty events are individually quoted based on event requirements.
SECURE YOUR DATE
A 65% deposit is required to book and secure your event date.
For events booked within 30 days of the event date, full payment is required at the time of booking.
Your date is not considered secured until the required payment has been received and the booking has been confirmed.
**Afterpay third-party payment options are also available.
APPOINTMENT GUIDELINES
We want every prospective client to have the opportunity to experience The Candela Bar. Please review our appointment guidelines before scheduling your tour.
Arrive on Time - A 15-minute grace period is provided for scheduled appointments. After 15 minutes, your appointment may be canceled and rescheduling may be required.
Confirm Your Appointment - You may receive a confirmation by text, email, phone call, or calendar invitation.
Appointments must be confirmed within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time or the appointment may be canceled.
Need to Reschedule?
We understand that unexpected circumstances happen. If you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment, please notify us as soon as possible so we can accommodate another client.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
We accept Cash, Credit Cards, Afterpay and Certified Checks. Personal checks & money orders are ONLY accepted up to 30 days prior to the event date.
