Venue Rental in 8 Hour time slots at at flat rate.

If additional hours outside of the 8 hours are needed, they may be added @ $95.00 per hour.

Venue rental event hours between 10AM - 2AM

$300.00/two bartender minimum

Additional Bartender rate is $150.00 per bartender

BARTENDER GRATUITY

*20% gratuity is added to all Open Bar Tabs/funding.

Cash Bar Tips are at each guest/drink purchasers discretion.

How we staff the bar for each event:

Up to 100 guests - 2 Bartenders

100 - 200 guests - 3 Bartenders

200 - 275 guests - May require 4 Bartenders

EVENT CLEANING/SANITIZING FEE $125.00

ADDITIONAL DEPOSIT (Refundable Damage and Liability deposit)

Important Appointment Guidelines: PLEASE READ

If an appointment is scheduled to view the space there is a 15 minute grace period, after that your appointment may be canceled and need to be rescheduled. 

​

You will receive a text, email, phone call or calendar invite to confirm your scheduled appointment. If your appointment is not confirmed by you within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time, your appointment may be canceled.

​

We understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances occur and there are last minute changes in schedules. So, if you can not make your scheduled appointment time, we ask that you notify us immediately as common courtesy.
